Reservation Policy
Guests purchasing a day pass are welcome to enjoy designated resort amenities during operating hours. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following policies apply: Day passes are valid only for the date purchased and are non-transferable. Access is limited to the amenities included with the selected day pass package. Certain areas, events, or services may require an additional fee or be reserved exclusively for overnight guests. All day pass guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival and present a valid photo ID. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Appropriate attire is required throughout the resort. Swimwear is permitted only in designated pool and recreational areas. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by resort management. The resort maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal substances, disorderly conduct, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the enjoyment and safety of other guests. The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Day pass access is subject to capacity limits. The resort reserves the right to deny entry once maximum occupancy has been reached. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property by themselves or members of their party.
